When asking for a promotion, or a raise they claim they have no record of your job performance even though you have worked 40+ hours a week. The Mint is extremely cliquey and gossip is found everywhere. If you want an open team that is willing to listen to your ideas, you won’t find it here. If you want a yearly bonus, or a pay raise you won’t see it here. Within 6 months their entire customer service department has been fired, or has quit due to unfair treatment. The Mint only cares about the success of the company instead of the happiness of their employees. The company is corrupt from the inside out and is very poorly managed.
